About the team
AYLLM is comprised of world-class international professionals with backgrounds in, social work, training, counseling, life, leadership, relationship and success coaching. Together we bring over 50 years experience to AYLLM. We have worked in training, teaching and leadership capacities in the education system as well as with corporations.

At AYLLM our focus is on self-leadership, self-esteem and self-confidence. By providing interactive, engaging and motivational programs and workshops we empower young ladies to be comfortable in their own skin, acknowledge and own their unique gifts and assets and learn how to lead themselves and support those around them.

About the Founder
Founder and Principal, Karen Donaldson has served thousands of youth, girls and young women across Canada and the US over the past almost 20 years. Through her engaging and ground-breaking, self-empowerment, leadership and self-esteem workshops, retreats, keynotes and youth advocacy work, she not only inspires but she gives her participants the tools to confidently reach their full potential. Her effective work with both elementary schools, high schools, universities, colleges, community agencies and families, has led to be involved in numerous programs and projects across the US and Canada.

Karen’s work had also lead her to work as a Consultant with the Herbert H. Carnegie Future Aces Foundation, speaking and working with hundreds of youth across Ontario.

Karen is a professional Motivational Leadership speaker and the founder of Karen Donaldson Inc. a Toronto based Communications and Leadership firm. Karen has been speaking for almost 2 decades and speaks to thousands each year showing them how to find and “turn up” their inner drive to create a mindset to succeed within themselves and their organization.
