The Programs

All of our programs are 4-8 weeks in length and most of our programs involve the parent(s)/guardian(s) (we believe that parent/guardian involvement is an integral part of supporting the growth of positive & confident young ladies).

Criteria to become a student:

100% committed, 100% willingness to be a part of the program, 100% attendance.

I Define Me
  • The I Define Me program is intensive and transformational. It focuses on creating a positive, confident and proud sense of self. There is an emphasis on personal leadership, healthy self-esteem and self worth and a focus on both short and long term personal growth.
  • Length: 6 weeks
    Dates: June 8, 15, 22, 29, July 8, 13, 2013
  • Days: Saturdays
    Ages 10-12yrs, 9:30am -12pm
    Ages 13-16yrs, 1pm – 3:30pm
  • A 30-minute mid-week check in on Wednesdays (Time to be determined with each group) via Skype or tele-conference.
  • Location: TORONTO BOTANICAL GARDEN

  • Session 1:
    Parent and Young Lady Symposium
    (the first hour)
    How I Define Me (young ladies alone)
  • Session 2:
    Self-Awareness, My Place, My Voice,
    The Power of Choice.
  • Session 3:
    All about Etiquette
    (social media, dining, dress code)
    (Session to be held off-site at restaurant)
  • Session 4:
    Courage, My Strengths, Rocking Me (Session to be held off-site)
  • Session 5:
    Leading Me, The True Me
    Goal Setting and Achieving
  • Session 6:
    Setting Me up for Success.
    Celebrating Me.
  • Each Student will receive a certificate of completion at the last session.
  • FEE: $375+HST before May 21, 2013
    AFTER May 21, 2013 $425+HST
